Any orders received before 3 pm CT will ship the same day. Any orders received after 3 pm CT will ship the next day. If the order comes over on Friday after 3 pm, it will ship the following Monday. 

After your order ships (per the timing outlined in the above question), its arrival depends on which shipping option you selected at checkout.

If you insured your order with Onward at checkout, you received a confirmation email from them with a link to file a shipping issue - please consult that email. If you did not insure your order with Onward, please reach out to Customer Service.
